Yummmm... I love this cheese! When I worked for Sam's Wines and Spirits, my friend Joe demo'd this cheese on weekends, and we sold a TON of it. It's absolutely irresistible, hot off the griddle. mike – I have no idea where the vocabulary comes from. They all say completely different things to describe the same thing. It’s BS I think.

lol, the tasting notes for these sorts of things can be a bit over the top. I remember when I was first exposed to wine tasting notes, I encountered many descriptions that likened them to exotic fruits or other very specific odd flavors that did nothing but further confound me. last blog post: Spiced Brandied Cherries
