When I still imagined that I was going to make a 100% whole grain loaf in time for this event, I was toying with the idea of making one of those square “black” breads (Finnish?? Eastern European???)

But alas, as usual, I am hopelessly behind schedule. So glad to see that others are more organized than I and DID make lovely looking 100% whole grain breads. What a wonderful roundup, Jude.
