I really like radishes but have only used it as a minor ingredient in a larger dish; then, I can never figure out what to do with the remaining bunch! This looks wonderful and, belying the richness of butter, a fresh taste for summer.

What an unusual herbed butter? But it does look pretty good from the pictures and I’m really tempted to give this a try.
